Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of SwiftConnect ("the Service"), operated by Monopause Limited (RC 9573669), Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SwiftConnect lets you fund a wallet and purchase WiFi access vouchers. Vouchers are digital codes redeemable at SwiftConnect hotspots for the stated duration.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password and transaction PIN confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Wallet & payments
- Funds are added to your wallet by bank transfer to your dedicated account and credited automatically on receipt.
- Voucher prices shown at checkout are the amounts payable, inclusive of any applicable service fee.
- Wallet balances are for purchasing vouchers on the Service and are not interest-bearing.
4. Voucher use
A voucher is valid for the stated plan and duration and is consumed once redeemed. Codes must not be resold or shared in breach of these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to defraud, reverse-engineer, or disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or where required for security or legal reasons.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Network coverage and speeds may vary.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
